wecare24 is a network of experienced care consultants who offer guidance and assistance throughout Germany and in Mallorca to seniors and their families during the entire process of selecting, supporting and providing care at home.

We place experienced caregivers from Eastern European countries with people who want to continue living at home while receiving care. To find the right placement, we record the detailed medical history of the person who will receive care during an in-person meeting with the patient and their family. The chosen caregivers are highly motivated and qualified in terms of both language and professional skills, and are hardworking and friendly. The right caregiver is selected after conducting an in-depth needs assessment of the person who will receive care at home.

All caregivers have experience in providing basic nursing care, assisting with mobilisation, working with patients with a wide range of illnesses, doing housework and preparing meals. Of course, we also advise families and relatives on what financial relief options might be available and can assist them with applications, referrals to appropriate professionals and more. We are available whenever straightforward and quick assistance is needed during the contractual period. Upon request, our airport shuttle service can bring caregivers right to the seniors’ homes upon arrival in Mallorca. Caregivers have overseas health insurance to ensure they receive optimal health care, even in the event of an emergency. We also provide a 24-hour emergency hotline.
